Not seeing the even type "Meeting summary has been completed" in Server-to-Server App

Server-to-Server OAuth app

Description/Issue:

I am unable to choose the event “Meeting summary has been completed” under Events in Server-to-Server OAuth app.

Steps Followed:

1. Unlocked the “Meeting summary with AI Companion” option at account level
2. After that, Created a Server-to-Server OAuth app in Zoom Martketplace
3. Inside the app–> Features–> Turn on “Event Subscriptions”–>Add Events
4. Trying to find the Event Type “Meeting summary has been completed”

Note: We are seeing this option in our sandbox environment. But unable see this in our prod environment.

How can I choose this event type?

Hi @balaji.ramachandiran are you the account owner or an admin? If you’re an admin make sure this is checked for the admin role under “User Management → Role → Role Management” by the account owner:
