Description
I would like to better understand as an utter novice, when granting pre-approval to Oauth applications, I am granting the application access to only the User-level credentials to whichever user utilizes and authorizes the application correct, and not to our full account?

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

Correct, only the scopes the OAuth app requests, not your full account.
