Open my APP when user clicks Zoom URL to start the meeting or start Zoom meeting anyhow

Description
I am developing an electron app (lets call it XYZ app) with the electron SDK.
So, whenever a user clicks on a Zoom meeting URL or starts a meeting on zoom, I would like my XYZ app to automatically open up on the desktop of the user as well. Is it possible? Please help.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
My requirement has similar behaviour to how the Zoom desktop app automatically opens up when a meeting is started.

Device (please complete the following information):
All Mac and Windows machines.
