Option to Disable Automatically Lowered Hands

Problem
This is in regards to the feature where if someone has their hand raised and unmutes, it automatically lowers their hand after a few seconds. I go to a lot of meetings where people unmute and say “Thanks for sharing”, after someone else speaks. Some of them might also have their own hand raised. Saying “thank you” causes their hand to be lowered and then the order of hands gets messed up.

Solution
An option to disable this feature at the account/ meeting level

Alternatives
N/A (physically writing down the order on a piece of paper?)

Additional context
I believe this feature was pushed out in the Jun 5th, 2023 update, although I can’t find it in the release notes (possibly was part of the “Raised hands enhancements”?)

Although viewers can stop a rasied digital hand from lowering if they stay focused on the Raise Hand button, waiting to click the pop-up warning, most are focused on the discussion and miss the warning, loosing their place in the line of raised hands. This can be very frustrating, more so than having a moderator manually lower hands after people speak. There needs to be a feature to disable automatic hand lowering.
