Outlook email Add-In

Calendly has an add-in in Outlook that allows a user to offer specific meeting times to the recipient with links directly in an email. For example, I am able to offer 4 specific time slots across the next week to the recipient, and each time slot is shown as a button option in the email. The recipient selects the option that works best for them, inputs a few details in the window, and then the confirmed meeting invite is sent. They call this a “One Off Meeting”.

I would like to request that Zoom creates the same functionality in Outlook, where I can add these one off options to an email for the recipient to select from and we both get the calendar invite with a Zoom meeting link included.

It should look something like this:

One Off Meeting
30 Minutes
Time Zone: Pacific Time

Tuesday, October 13 - 11:30 am
Thursday, October 15 - 11:30 am
Friday, October 16 - 12:45 pm
Friday October 16 - 2:30 pm

Each date and time is a link that the user can click to select that specific time.

Giving someone a link that shows my entire schedule isn’t always appropriate (this is how Zoom Scheduler currently works). Sometimes we want to offer only a few specific times to someone, without having to create an entire booking page for it.

This is undoubtedly the most valuable feature Zoom can add for calendaring purposes that would make many people very happy. The lack of this feature is the main reason we haven’t completely converted our firm over to Zoom scheduler.

This would be genuinely useful for our team too. Sharing my whole availability page often feels like overkill when I just want to offer two or three specific times, and not every recipient knows what to do with a Scheduler link. The Calendly-style picker inside the email is a great reference point — hope this one gets some traction.
