This is in regards to the Outlook Plugin for scheduling Zoom Meetings. In order to prevent Zoom-bombings, we would like to require meetings have authentication and be restricted to those within our Zoom account. However, in order to invite a guest’s email using the exception option, this has to be done through the Zoom web portal. However, the Outlook plugin appears to allow someone to invite a guest that way using a regular calendar invite. If invited that way and not via the “Add Exception” option attached to the meeting, the invited guest will get an authentication required error. Can the “Add Exception” user be added to the Outlook plugin option as well?
