GET /chat/users/{userId}/messages

I have been using this API to retrieve chat messages. However, there seems to be a new update where the pagination using next_page_token is not working properly. It returns a new next_page_token but the results are always the same

Hi @Steven7 this is confirmed bug (ZOOM-1046196), The fix will be deployed in October. In the meantime, can you increase the size to max 50 per page? Thank you!

@Steven7 , no but it will be fixed the weekend of October 18th, so on October 20th you should be all set with your original workflow.

After the update, I can confirm that this is working on October 20th. However because of Zoom was also down yesterday (October 20th), this same issue is back again. Can you please check on this?
