I’m not even sure if I’m in the right place to ask for assistance. I’m not a developer—I’m here because Zoom’s regular support sent me here. Please point me in the right direction if this is the wrong forum.
In Fall 2022, I connected the Pardot account I admin with our company Zoom, so we host our webinars.
It worked with no issues until this past Friday.
We create a Pardot Landing Page with a Pardot form that hosts the code/setup that sends the submitter’s registration details to Zoom. We launched this webinar last month, and we were receiving registrations as intended.
Still, on Friday, Zoom stopped adding the registrants to the registration list that got mapped in the integration section of the webinar. Pardot received the registrant’s information through the form, but Zoom didn’t add them to the registration list.
So, Pardot seems to work fine. Separately, Zoom works, too. But the bridge that allows the data from these platforms to flow seems to not work, and unsure how to “fix” it.
Please assist.
