Participant Limitation

How exactly the participant restriction applies to the pro account ?

I’ve had an incident that the ZOOM FAQ can’t explain

so I have a zoom pro account and add a large meeting add-ons of 500 participants which is valid from 2 September to 30 September 2020, but on 1 October 2020 at 09.00 am to 12.00 am Jakarta Indonesia time, I held a meeting with 250 participants and none the problem that happened.

Does it happen because of the time difference between Jakarta and America ? (in my add ons invoice it is valid until September 30, but when holding a large meeting October 1 morning in Jakarta, in America it is still September 30 night) is that possible?

Or thats happen because the pro plan is given permission to hold meetings for up to 250 participants or under 500 participants at no additional cost?

please help to answer my question this.
