Participants Pulled Out of Breakout Rooms – Zoom Web Meeting SDK Issue

Hi Zoom Support,

We faced a recurring issue during a session using the Zoom Web SDK where 30–40 participants were repeatedly pulled out of breakout rooms into the main room, even after reassignment.

  • Browsers Used: Mostly Chrome, Safari & Edge

  • Total Participants: ~80

  • Breakout Rooms: 2

We reassigned users manually, but the problem happened again. It took several minutes each time to stabilize the session. No manual action was taken to close rooms.

Please confirm if this is a known issue with the Web Meeting SDK and suggest any workarounds or fixes. This disrupted our session and we’d appreciate prompt guidance.
