Participants switching between US and AM datacenters

I noticed some strange reporting in the account dashboard of my videosdk account. It looks like some users are switching between US-based and NL-based datacenters:

Also in the billing report I noticed a lot of session participants from the US, so this issue seems to happen frequently

Thank you for your question. The behaviour you observed is uncommon as this is based on Zoom Connection Process where the participant is connected to the datacenter based on best network performance upon connection.

If you want to enforce datacenter location/region, you can refer to this documentation to enable/disable selected datacenter(s).
