Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Host starts a meeting
- User A joins the meeting
- Host admits User A
Current behavior
User A is automatically joined into the meeting
Desired behavior
User A receives a notification of admittance and can accept to join anytime
Additional context
I am looking for a way for participants to accept (or to be asked) when they are admitted from the waiting room into a meeting, turning it from a “admitting” workflow to “approved to join”, giving both sides the power to acknowledge they are ready for the meeting, while still knowing they are there for the meeting.
