We have a video client set up in our front end that leads to a zoom contact center video queue. We are attempting to pass variables from the website to Zoom contact center. I have created a custom variable and for value put “from website data” and “global javascript variable”. The variable we want to pass in is 100% a global javascript variable and is the same name as the “path” for the variable. Any idea why this is not getting into our flow? Just shows as an empty variable.
