Patient on iOS seeing black screen when joining call with meeting SDK

Description
Patient on iOS joins a video call and sees a black screen instead of the provider. The provider also sees a black screen. Patient can still hear and be heard by the provider but the video does not work. Issue occurs intermittently and cannot be reproduced in our development environment.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch app
  2. Join call
  3. See black screen

Troubleshooting Routes
Issue has existed for a while and we’ve only been able to update the SDK to try to mitigate it but it has persisted throughout the updates.

  • Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max
  • OS: 18.3.1

Can you please try 6.3.10? There was a video rendering fix that was released as part of it.
