I have my paid zoom webinar set for automatic approval (as is required for paid registrations), but when I download the Zoom registration reports for several of those webinars, many of the registrant approval statuses say “pending.” When I cross-check those registrant names with the transactions in my PayPal account (which is the integrated payment platform I’m using), those names do not show up and therefore their payments have not gone through. Why are these registrations “pending” and their payments not going through to PayPal? I already called PayPal, they looked into it, and determined that the issue is on Zoom’s end. Please help!
Hi @sweaner, sorry to redirect you, but this integration is managed via our Developer Platform / App Marketplace, so you may need to go through Zoom Customer Support. As this is likely not using our REST APIs to make these calls, I don’t know that we can directly help you here on this forum.
