I’m trying to start RTMS via PATCH /v2/live_meetings/{meetingId}/rtms_app/status using a Server-to-Server OAuth app with the meeting:update:participant_rtms_app_status scope.
RTMS scopes are added on the General App.
The Event Subscription for meeting.rtms_started/meeting.rtms_stopped is added and successfully validated.
I initially hit error 2308 (“not host”) on one meeting — confirmed that was a genuine host mismatch, fixed it by hosting a new meeting under the same account as the S2S app.
With a fresh access token, a live meeting I’m hosting myself, and the correct client_id in the request body, I still get: {“code”:2310,“message”:“Failed to perform RTMS app operation.”}
Could you check if RTMS backend enablement is missing for this App ID?
