Please help error 3301

Hello everyone,

I had a really important meeting yesterday for my thesis et at the end, I should receive a link to recover the meeting’s recording. When I click on the link I have a code 3301 error. There is no recording for this meeting. Can anyone help with this? I am pretty much desperate with this situation.
