Error
Connection refused while trying to connect via zoom room API.
How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Connect Logitech Meetup
Connect Logitech Tap (controller)
Install Zoom Room and reboot (4.6.3 (1299.0216)
Additional context
I can see the zoom room online. It joins and starts meetings fine.
I’ve followed the thread below on reinstallation and still no success.

None of the API’s work. Most of the API’s I’m trying to use are from zConfiguration. I’ve disabled and enabled the feature. Change the password, reinstalling the zoom room.
I’ve already tried that as well. That’s how I came to the conclusion that ZAAPI.exe wasn’t running. The more I test, ZAAPI.exe doesn’t run even when I have the Logitech tap connected and the controller app is fully functional and actually controls the room.
Just noticed something. In the zoom dashboard the zoom room registers the zoom room as a Computer (with Controller) . versus two separate pieces of hardware unlike my other room with an ipad controller. Also, the Logitech Tap is actually an extension of my desktop with the controller software running.
After investigating the issue with our Zoom Room engineers, currently, ZR-CSAPI is not allowed to run when Zoom Room is connected to Zoom Room Controller.
