Description
We are sending our internal customerKeys to zoom SDK but eventually, like 1% of the time, the customer_key does not persist. It is present in one event, but get lost in consequent events. Since it worked for one user event, and not for others, we are assuming this is a bug on Zoom side, is that correct?
We can check the missing customer_key in our logs (screenshot1) and fetching the participants report for the meeting (screenshot2). Api call: GET https://api.zoom.us/v2/report/meetings/DCoYZzssTW+9OpZlLzK6KQ==/participants) .
