Cloud recording is available with Universal Credit plans at $0.01/min, and to Pay-as-you-go plans at $0.015/min.
@rohit_zoom with your numbers, 5000 sessions of 30min duration each would be (roughly) $15.00/month.
Some features, like Gallery View, would use additional recording minutes if multiple files are created.
Currently (July 2025), these replies are only partially accurate.
After several conversations with Zoom support, I found that the Video SDK Pay As You Go (PAYG) plan requires the “Zoom Video SDK Recording” add-on to use cloud recording. This add-on costs $100/month and you can sign up at the bottom of the Developer Pricing page. The sign-up page says you get 30000 recording minutes free, with overages costing $0.015 per recording minute, as well as 1 TB of free storage.
The Video SDK Universal Credit plan allows you to use cloud recording right away, with the minutes/storage billed against your credits. However, unlike the PAYG plan, there is no free usage tier so estimate costs carefully.
