Private Zoom App installation

The usage scenario we were facing is individual users working from home that are signed in to the desktop client using their personal user, but need to host a meeting or webinar using our organization’s licensed users. When they sign in to the web site as the organization’s host, then hand off hosting to the desktop client, Zoom Apps that belong to the organization’s host don’t appear. We’re trying to pin a private Zoom App in the user interface so that the host can quickly refer to it for organization-specific guidance on what to do during a sudden meeting attendee disruption.

I linked to the original forum topic where I noticed this behavior, which was several months ago. I haven’t reviewed the current behavior to see if it’s changed since then.
