Problem in push live stream from zoom

We are use MUX for store broadcast recordings. Now we want to push live stream of zoom meeting to MUX. We refer following document for streaming

Live stream a meeting or webinar using a custom service – Zoom Help Center.

We use following streaming details =

STREAM URL= “rtmps://global-live.mux.com:443/app/TUJBTk9FUE9WN0pZb25oMUZhRU1lQT09”,
STREAM KEY= “04709c13-8850-0477-9c10-80044d46a316”,
PAGE URL= “https://stream.mux.com/mTU1500VqA62IRDwpViHCzdQZicYJxs02e99sfyDHml7M.m3u8”

But we got an error whole streaming = “Unable to live stream to the custom service.”

What we do can you help us to solve this problem?
