Problem with client url scheme with zoom phone

I am using zoom client url scheme for my web application.
The client url scheme I am using zoomphonecall://<number>.
when the user clicks on that link for some of the users zoom app is getting launched for some of the users it is not getting launched. And if the user doesn’t have zoom app installed in their machine it is not it is not recommending to install the zoom application.
as mentioned here

I tried to mail the details

develoeprsupport@zoom.us to this email address but gmail is replying with message Address not found
