1st question: Is this a deprecated approach? This is a valid guide but in documentation URL scheme is said to be deprecated
Also, anyway to inject a caller id when we have multiples Zoom phone lines? ie callerid=XXXX

Thanks for reaching out about this. The Zoom Phone Outbound call schema should still be supported as of right now. However, we will be introducing API endpoints for handling outbound call initiation shortly, which at some point may be the preferred method for handling this action. Keep an eye on our changelog for this release.
Regarding injecting a caller ID, this is a great suggestion, but I do not believe it’s currently supported. If you’re so inclined, you might consider suggesting a feature request for this here: #feature-requests
