Hello everyone! Since Friday, I’ve had some users unable to hear participants. They can only hear the hosts. I haven’t made any changes during this time, and I have the latest version of the SDK.
In some cases, it was related to network jitter and audio packet prioritization. Restarting the audio stream through the SDK after a timeout helped stabilize it temporarily.
Another thing to check is whether the browser is throttling background audio threads — Chrome and Edge sometimes do this if system resources are tight.
