Push pop up screen with external custom site to all participants

Hi,
We are looking for a way to add a button on zoom for ipad to be clicked by host that will open a pop screen to all participants with that same content pulled from external website and also in same time the host can close it as well… i wiah some one can guide me to apply this method… what i need is same as the way poll works but i need to show custom web page…anyone can guide me to that pls
