Hi I would like to ask a help in case of Zoom SCIM config with Azure/Entra. I have few questions, since support team couldn’t help me out with it and there is not much articles in this case.:
1/
On entra side i see following user roles : Basic, Corp, Licensed, On Prem, Pro which are possible to assign them to the user.
On zoom side i see following user roles: Owner, Administrator, Member, Dashboard - Basic.
What’s the difference between those roles and which one on entra relates to that one in Zoom?
What role should be assigned to the admins?
2/
How exact licenses are provisioned? Are they provisioned via Entra or Zoom?
3/ How deprovisioning works? Is it deleting or removing licenses?
