Rate Limit for apps

Description
I’m working on a new app that uses webhooks to receive meetings record and more information such as meeting-started webhook and a few more.

Is there any rate limit for the app itself or the rate limit is for the account, so my users cannot create 100+ meetings a sec but as an application, I can serve more than 100 users a sec?

And more importantly, is there any pricing for using Zoom API/webhooks at scale?

Rate limits will be imposed on the account that authorizes your integration, not the account the app was created under necessarily.

We don’t have pricing for our APIs or webhooks specifically, but you can see that we do have different categories of rate limits depending on our plans:
