Read out who is talking in Zoom with C#

I want to read out with C# who is talking in a Zoom meeting. I want to read out the nametag given in the labels in Zoom (if you know what I mean). Is there a possible way to read those details out?

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. I don’t believe we have a Windows SDK feature for this. To confirm, you can try posting in our #desktop-meeting-sdk:windows SDK and a SME will follow up with you.
