Recording.completed event with only chat files

Description
We received a recording.completed event for a meeting with three separate recordings (start/stop, start/stop, start/stop). Though in the webhook for the first two recording periods, only a chat file was returned. How does a recording exist with only a chat file but no audio or video streams?

Hi @smurray, this could occur if there was no audio or video data input into the meeting, say if all participants had their audio & video disabled.

What about a recording that only has a transcript file and nothing else?

You would still get the transcript file.
