Recording option not show ,recording save on cloud

create a new member and this member create a meeting using rest api (php laravel) this member host not show recording option.

In taking a look at the Meeting 93322834129, it doesn’t appear cloud recording was enabled. Please ensure that you have a Pro or higher plan under the host you’re using for this meeting and that cloud recording is enabled. This is a prerequisite for cloud recording.
