Hello

is there an option that allows to programmatically change the value corresponding to the option: Ask host to confirm before starting a recording ?

Hi @EVant, I do not believe that this value is programmatically configurable through APIs. Can you share where this setting is chosen?

This setting is defined in https://zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=recording at the bottom of the page.

I’ve noticed that it doesn’t alert the host when the recording starts even if the checkbox is marked.

We use accounts from which we generate meetings and we provide the start_url to users.
When the user start the meeting he is not advised of the recording

Currently this the “Recording disclaimer” feature is not configurable via the API. Feel free to add this as a feature request here: #feature-requests
