Reject of outside use of our account

Good day! We received a response from zoom rejecting our request for outside use of our account.
We are aiming at integrating zoom in our platform Сервис онлайн-консультаций с экспертами на любые темы - Consulty to create meetings between consultants and their clients.

Could you please explain in more details the reasons why we were rejected? What exactly is wrong in our Security and Privacy so we could fix it and apply again.

We received this letter as a response to our request.
