Zoom App submission not working

Our zoom app has been repeatedly rejected. The submission account is admin@buildbetter.app.
Repeatedly, the following error message shows up:

and yet I’ve validated and resubmitted at least thrice now. Here is a recording of me validating those endpoints.

I’ve been re-submitting it for over two weeks now and it’s repeatedly getting rejected. Can we please resolve this ASAP?

Hello @nikhil2 Can you please clear your browser cache and give it a try again sometimes this particular part of the submission process can cause issues. If that doesn’t work please let me know so I can present the issue to our Engineering team for a resolution

That sounds really frustrating, especially after multiple submissions and validations. If everything is correct on your side, it could be an issue with the review process or unclear rejection reasons. Hopefully support can review it properly. I had a similar issue while dealing with an online NBI appointment problem and after searching many blogs, I found a helpful guide about NBI appointment, which explained the process much better.
