Remove Raise Hand icon from meeting control panel for participants

Description
How can I disable the Hand Raise Icon in the Control Panel as seen by participants? I have disabled the “Meeting Reactions” option in settings for my account, but the Hand Raise icon still if visible and active.

Are you using the Zoom Windows Application or the Zoom Windows SDK?
