Remove Raise Hand icon from webinar control panel

Description
There needs to be an additional feature to hide the hand raise icon on the bottom panel in the webinar from the attendees. How can I do that?

Which Web Client SDK version?
[1.9.6]

Additional context
When a webinar is created and participants log in with different browsers, we want to have them listen only. I need to hide the raise hand icon in the bottom panel.
