Zoom Bombers using Raise and Lower Hand to Jump Around

I am one of the hosts for a daily meeting. We get a lot of Zoom bombers at the meetings. I cannot remove people who continuously raise and lower their hand with Ctrl Y shortcut. They move constantly. I have even tried using Remove Participant, which makes it one click, but it is hard with someone moving. And it disrupts the entire meeting even if I have suspended all actions because their name is blipping around on the screen.

We need to be able to disable participants raising hands.

What we do is notice their name, then use the search feature at the top of participants window, type in their name to isolate them, and remove them from there. takes a few seconds longer, but it works.
