Replace noreply@zoom.us with our own reply address

Description
When we register a participant for a meeting with the API, Zoom sends the participant an invitation from noreply@zoom.us. This is becoming a big problem for us becuase telling participants to have their organization’s IT department whitelist this address beforehand is largely ignored, and participants aren’t receiving their invitations as a result.

I need to have a way to either replace noreply@zoom.us with our own legitimate reply-to address or I need to know how to obtain the specific participant’s invitation URL so that I can send it to them directly - while at the same time preventing Zoom from sending a duplicate invitation.

Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

Thanks

Hey @hireauthority,

Currently there is no way to customize the reply to address with the API. I suggest disabling the registration notification emails and sending your own email via a service like SendGrid.

Thanks,
Tommy
