We would like to request API support to retrieve webinar license assignment details at the user level. Specifically, we are looking for a way to identify which users currently have webinar licenses assigned to them, and ideally any associated license type or webinar entitlement details.
At present, the available webinar-related APIs provide webinar activity data, such as hosted webinars, hosts, and attendee information, but they do not provide sufficient visibility into which webinar license is assigned to which user. This creates a gap for organizations trying to manage license allocation, monitor utilization, and build internal reporting or optimization workflows.
Having an API for webinar license assignment details would help with:
• identifying users with webinar licenses assigned
• tracking license utilization more accurately
• supporting internal reporting and optimization use cases
• reducing manual effort in validating license ownership and assignment
This would be a valuable enhancement for organizations managing webinar licenses at scale.
