Hello Zoom Developer Support,
I am a student building an accessibility tool, to help DHH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) users by providing real-time semantic simplification of live meeting transcripts.
I have successfully validated my webhook endpoint, but I am not receiving meeting.rtms_started events, and I need access to the Real-time Media Stream (RTMS) for transcript data. I understand this feature requires manual account enablement.
