Hi Zoom Developer team,

I’m requesting RTMS access for a General App I’ve built for internal use at our company (Sharpcake).

Use case: The app is a lightweight meeting transcript bot that listens to Zoom meetings via RTMS, captures real-time speech transcripts (Turkish language), and saves them locally as PDF files at the end of each meeting. There is no cloud storage or third-party data sharing involved — everything stays on-premise.

App details:

  • App type: General App (Development mode)
    • Client ID: Ot8QsjqQ6UNupW2CnJg
      • Intended use: Internal only, not published to the marketplace
        • Data handling: Transcripts are saved locally as PDF files, not transmitted externally
      • We are a digital agency and AI products company. This tool will help our team review meeting discussions without manual note-taking.
    • I’ve already configured the app with the meeting:read:meeting_transcript, rtms:read:rtms_started, and rtms:read:rtms_stopped scopes, and subscribed to the meeting.rtms_started, meeting.rtms_stopped, and meeting.ended events.
