Request to enable RTMS read meeting audio and transcript for my account

Hello,

More than a week ago, I filled out the form to request access to RTMS. I haven’t got any reply to this date. Could anyone please help me with this? I need access to RTMS features, specifically live audio stream and live transcript stream, for my software project.
