Hello Zoom Developer Support,
I am a student currently building an accessibility project called “SimplifyAI” designed to help DHH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) users by providing real-time semantic simplification of meeting transcripts.
I have successfully set up my OAuth app and validated my webhook endpoint using FastAPI and ngrok, but I am not receiving the meeting.rtms_started events. I understand that RTMS access needs to be manually enabled for my account by the Zoom team.
