I am currently working on a proof-of-concept project for a remote live education program, where we are building an AI-powered, agentic session manager to support instructors during live classes.
The goal of this PoC is to evaluate whether Zoom’s RTMS / Video SDK can support:
- Real-time access to participant video streams
- Participant-level presence and engagement analysis
- Small-scale live classes (around 6 participants initially, up to ~40 for PoC)
At this stage, this is strictly for internal testing and research, and not a production or commercial deployment. We are validating technical feasibility before committing to a paid plan.
RTMS-related scopes and settings are not visible in my account, and based on other forum posts it appears RTMS access may need to be enabled manually.
Would it be possible to receive temporary RTMS / Video SDK trial access or a test account for this PoC?
