I hope this is the right avenue I am requesting a full refund for products billed to my account of which I did not authorize nor have I used any of the meetings or whatever it is I was charged for. I emailed a few different addresses associated with zoom but to no avail. I kept postponing the meeting or forum class or whatever it was so I could delay until i could reach someone. Your organistaion is extremely difficult to contact please reply by email to stustar1973@gmail.com and I will forward copies of amounts charged to my credit card. I await your reply.
