Since 30 days have passed and the comments were automatically closed, I am creating this topic again.

Ticorrian, as you mentioned, I have already submitted a ticket through the Zoom Support page and received a response stating that the feature has been enabled. However, after checking, I am still encountering the same error as documented, and I also couldn’t find any settings on the Zoom website to enable this feature in account management.

So, I reached out to support again, and they directed me to ask in the developer forum, which is why I am posting this here.
