Revalidate event notification endpoint URL [production] - Successful validation but does not save state

Hi,

I have become aware that our event webhook events for production have been disabled.

I have resolved a certificate issue on the webhook api and revalidated the events successfully however saving does not change the state and the events are still disabled.

I have requested a review to push the change. However have not received any feedback and this is a urgent matter as it is in production.

Secondly, can our account be checked? Where was the notifications send to notify us of the events webhook issue? However we dit not receive any notifications.

@elisa.zoom this was resolved after the review.

However I still need to find out where the notifications for the production application is send? We have not received any notifications that the webhook endpoints was going to be disabled.

Is there a way to log a ticket to get this resolved?
