Does Zoom Rooms Mode on Poly StudioX30 supports Room Controls feature?
I’ve enabled Room Controls on Zoom Rooms portal, but control icon does not appear on GUI User Interface - TC8 from Poly. I’ve added sample JSON config. file.
Poly StudioX30 3.1.3-220008
Zoom Room Appliance 5.0.6 (14482.0804)
Zoom Room Controler 5.0.5 (898.0703)

As you can see from our Support Document this feature is for Mac/Win version of ZoomRoom.

Also simply tested here as well and doesn’t see the feature coming up on Poly side (with below combination) I can clearly say the feature is not supported on Poly X30.
X30 ( 3.1.3-220008 / ZR 5.0.6 (14482.0804))
TC8 (Android 9/ ZRC 5.0.5 (898.0703))

Looking at Zoom Rooms Appliance releases
Version released on August 23,2020 - 5.1.2 (35624.0822)
Controller features
It seems that room controls feature is possible on this release!
Are you able to confirm and test this new version on you Studio X30 internally?
From my Zoom Rooms portal > Device Tab > I cannot see version 5.1.2 to be upgraded, only 5.0.6

It means we (Zoom) have release the update but still not roled our for Poly yet.
