I’m on the same boat. While my corporate account got an email back in ~2 days, I’ve never gotten email back for my personal account. Probably they only reply to strategic accounts?
Are you going to the Developer Office Hours tomorrow? I’ll be on the call. I’m curious what I can do to expedite this?

Hi! Yes, I went to the Developer Office Hours and they were able to get me access. They were extremely helpful. I think they have them every two weeks. You might also try to find a Dev email since I think the form goes to the sales team and they might be behind in answering our requests.
