Hi @Zaqi, The RTMS transcript scope is still a gated scope so there isn’t a self-serve workaround besides waiting for Zoom to approve/enable it.
If you’re on a licensed account, the fastest path is usually to reply “Enable RTMS on account please” in the RTMS enablement thread so the Zoom team can DM you for account details.
If it’s stuck, people have had luck getting it unstuck by bringing it up in Developer Office Hours and the latest registration link is posted in the Developer Office Hours announcement thread.
Also double-check your app is user managed (not admin managed), since RTMS scopes may not appear otherwise.
If you just need transcripts and you’re okay with waiting until after the meeting has ended, you can instead turn on audio transcription for cloud recordings, then wait for the recording.transcript_completed webhook and call the Get meeting recordings endpoint to download the VTT transcript file from the download_url (often file_type CC or TRANSCRIPT). That gives you an automated “meeting ends → transcript ready → fetch via API” flow, but it’s not real-time like RTMS.
